To make your own Overall Tso chicken and lo mein at home, you’ll require the accompanying fixings:
For the Overall Tso chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into reduced down pieces
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of water

- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, stripped and cut
- 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of shellfish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of earthy colored sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 green onions, cut
For the pork and vegetable egg rolls:
- 1/4 pound of ground pork
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- 2 cups of destroyed cabbage
- 1/4 cup of destroyed carrot
- 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 10 egg roll coverings
- Oil, for searing
- Prepared sauce, for plunging
To make the Overall Tso chicken, follow these steps:
- In a huge ziplock bag, throw the chicken pieces with the cornstarch, salt, and pepper, until very much covered. Shake off any overabundance cornstarch.
